When Andrea isn’t in her running shoes you can find her wearing the latest styles at her family’s clothing store, Clothes Encounters (Moose Jaw, SK) where she spends most of her time, or in a pair of spin or training shoes at her spin & fitness studio The Attic Spin Strength & Yoga Studio. She instructs spin, strength & mobility classes, as well as her running group, The Happy Feet Run Team.
Andrea is the founder of the 5KM Friday within her running community and has taken over her city’s local Charity Road Race, The Moose Jawg.Running two businesses and being a mom, life can get hectic. But if you truly love what you do, you can create a schedule that works to achieve what you truly want in life.When it comes to coaching, Andrea has taken her running experience, her athlete experience, and her trained background in nutrition to give clients the most she can. Helping them build sustainable habits in all areas of their life that will then help them reach their running goals.
